So I&#8217;m going to show you the 5 sides of weight loss. Combined, they pretty much force your body to lose weight fast if you&#8217;re consistent with them. 1. Diet For most people with average or above average genetic, diet is the most important thing you can focus on to lose weight. Diet is about 4 times more effective for weight loss than exercise. So for the majority of people, just understand that exercise won&#8217;t cover up your diet mistakes. 2. Exercise Exercise is great for maintaining weight loss. Exercise does help for weight loss, but it&#8217;s almost useless if you have a horrible diet. There&#8217;s a synergy between diet and exericse. 3. Sleep Study after study after study proves that the more sleep you get, the better your weight loss results. Although there&#8217;s conflicting reasons as to why that is, let&#8217;s just be practical and accept that whatever the reason&#8230; it works. So sleep more. This doesn&#8217;t give you an excuse to be a lazy slug, but getting in a nap during the day or an extra 45 minutes of sleep at night would help you a lot. 4. Stress High stress levels destroy your weight loss. If you had high stress levels and went back on a diet that helped you to lose 20 pounds say last year, well guess what&#8230; you may actually gain weight on that same diet this time because of your high stress. The stress hormone cortisol MAJORLY suppresses your natural ability to lose weight. 5. Medication Medications, especially birth control pills and cholesterol drugs, corrupt your natural hormones. When that happens, weight loss doesn&#8217;t happen. If you&#8217;re a woman who&#8217;s gone on the pill before or took a Depo shot, there&#8217;s probably a 90% chance you gained some weight right after that. Moral&#8230; avoid pills, including over the counter ones. That&#8217;s how to lose weight rapidly&#8230; by taking into account all 5 of these things (the Pentagon Approach).</div>

But one thing is for sure nobody else can do this for your self but you. If you let go of your workout routine, counting calories and start to feed your self again like you did before. You have stepped right back into where you had once stated from.<br />
Losing weight is hard, but maintaining it can be harder. If you let go then forget about ever getting fit again. But this is easier aid then done, when you notice your weight gain again you automatically become depressed. You do not want to dress up the way you did in the past, your self esteem goes down. And voila you are back to where you started from. But why should you let your self go down that road again, you know it was difficult to lose weight. So you have to maintain it. Never let go of your workout regime. Once you have lost weight you till have to count calories and maintain it. You need to keep your self enrolled in some sort of workout regime. Make sure you talk to your buddies about how great you looked with weight loss, and motivate your self to not look different now. If you start gaining weight trust me you will fall right back into the pit where you will start hating your self again. Do not do this to your self before it is too late. If you have only gained five or ten pounds back or even more get back and burn them off. Do not become the old bum you were before. Your health is you health, make sure you look good, because that would effect the way you look at situations in life. Staying fit will keep you feeling healthier and happier. So do not let this weight gaining mechanism work on you. Start doing strength training to manage your eating routine and workout patterns. Do something, with your weight today. Do not think about having another scoop of ice cream and then going to the gym. That is not you, get your self working out today.</div>

Our bodies were made to live with nature, not against her. So if we want to lose weight fast and keep it off we should do everything we can to help our bodies out. This means working with nature not against her and the best way to lose weight is to eat healthy food, exercise every day, do our best to relax every day and try to live as toxic free as we can. There are four parts to losing weight fast that we must do if we are to lose weight and keep it off for good. Those four things are. 1.An ideal body image 2.Eat an organic diet 3.Exercise every day 4.Relax every day So the best way to lose weight is to start off with our ideal body image. This is very important because every activity we do each and every day is started with a thought. Our minds think, walking, talking, writing, eating, breathing, jogging, swimming, playing, dancing, driving and on and on. We cannot move without us thinking about it. Every action is preceded by a thought, we think of walking and so our brain sends signals to our legs and feet to move forwards or take a step. We think of eating and so our brains send signals to our mouths, hands, arms and eyes. So in the same way we need to think about what we want to look like even before we start our weight loss goal. When we do this simple exercise we are telling our brains or our minds that we want to lose a certain way. Our subconscious minds respond to us by helping us take more actions towards our goals. They give us more confidence, more self-esteem and more courage to go forwards and achieve our goals. Our minds are one of the most powerful forces in our bodies. If you think it you can do it, well almost. Many things that many people thought not possible became possible because of the mind. So remember to think of your ideal body image every morning and tell yourself this is you. This image is what you want to look like. You are on your way to looking just like this. The next best way to lose weight is dieting. Dieting is great, but we must know how to diet correctly. A bad diet can make us gain weight instead of lose it. The correct way to diet is to chose a diet rich in healthy fats, proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins and minerals. Diets low in these essential fats, proteins and carbohydrates will only serve to make us gain weight instead of loses it. Why? Well because they become indigestible. If we want to lose weight fast we need our bodies to digest everything we eat and use it for energy not store it as fat for later. Our bodies store undigested food for later use because they cannot digest it then, so we start to gain weight very quickly when we bombard our bodies constantly with indigestible fats and carbohydrates that is what fast food does to us. So to stop this dangerous cycle from continuing we need to start eating high quality foods. Foods that, are high in good fats, protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals. The easiest way to do this is too only buy organic foods, or food which were grown by yourself or buy food which are unrefined as possible. This makes sure all the foods you eat are of the highest quality. The next best way to lose weight on the list is exercise. We would lose weight very slowly if the only thing we did was eat healthy food. Exercise is the part of the equation that actually starts the fast weight loss. Now exercise can become really boring to perform every day; it’s so routine, so tedious at times it can become a real pain in the side at times, especially if we have a very busy day ahead of us. But there is hope, when we do exercise we love to do. If we can pick an exercise like swimming, biking, rowing, hiking, running, jogging, or even playing with our kids, which helps us break a sweat that we absolutely love to do, then we have the perfect exercise. You see, the perfect exercise is an exercise we love to do. If we love to do it, we will never get board of doing it. We will be so happy to do this exercise every day because it will be something we want to do because we love doing it. That makes losing weight so easy, so simple and so much fun. Just pick an exercise that you absolutely enjoy and do it until you break a sweat. When you break a sweat your body is telling you it is losing weight by burning calories. Finely the next best way to lose weight is to relax. I know what you’re thinking, how can relaxing help us lose weight. Well it is all about hormones and chemicals within our bodies that cause us to gain weight if we do not relax for a little bit every day. Every day we are in a stressful environment which causes our bodies to go into the fight or flight response, which sends signals throughout our bodies that get us ready to fight or run away. One of the signals our bodies send is to stop our fat burning process and to store the fat for later use because we might need it if we are running away or fighting. So to correct this little change we need to relax our bodies every day so they can revitalize themselves for the next stressful day. Well that is it for the best way to lose weight. <p>List down the right food you&#8217;d like to eat from these three groups: proteins, legumes, and vegetables. Proteins can include chicken breast or thigh, organic beef or pork. Legumes may be lentils, black beans or pinto beans. Vegetables include spinach, asparagus, peas, or mixed.</p>
<p>When you&#8217;re done with your list, combine any one item from every food group and assign a time or a day for that combination. Mix and match them; combine the same foods every day repeatedly. </p>
