Before I undergo my surgical transformation I want everyone to know WHO I REALLY AM! I am seriously NO BETTER THAN ANYONE and I know anyone can lose weight also!!! I am so happy to be an inspiration to others!!!

    wow. that was a good comparison with the alcohol. and i understand what you mean. i’m currently 199 and going down, from 286. and i’m still the guy that wants to go to the shops, and instead of choosing between the foods i get, get one of everything i want! (i.e. ice cream, lindor, doritos with salsa dip haha.. you gotta admit, they’re good foods mm-mm!) so yeah /=

    i love the alcholic comparison! its a great way tothink of it.
    i love how u talked about the cheesecake in frnt of you, and not touching it becuse of the long term.
    so my husbands sitting beside me now eating chips.. and because of what u said. im not going to lean over and eat any of them.

    one thing i cant quite figure out tho, is what exactialy you did to lose the weigh? was it mostly starvation?
    ive watched a bunch of your videos now,and still cant figure it out

    I am an emotional eater… I don’t love to eat, I just use food to fill the emptyness I feel inside sometimes. I am not overweight, try to eat healty and mindfully now and also workout 5 days a week… still consider myself an emotional eater! I’ve being controlling my emotions instead of trying to control my environment :) WE ALL CAN DO IT!

    Well u can still lose wait by just sitting as long as u like drink water and not eat fatty foods but getting a good exercise is better. I signed up for year long PE because i really didnt have all that time at home to exercise because of homework and projects. But i feel like way healthier than before! I still have like fat on m stomache but i have lost alot of weight and i have gained muscle mass. And my sister has just been helping me thro everything :)

    I love how honest you are in this video. I used to weigh 100lbs less than I do now, but b/c of several factors (depression playing a huge role for me) I’ve gained the 100lbs in about 5 years. I’m a binge eater, emotional eater, and use food to cope with everything in my life. My life hasn’t been easy, and I’ve neglected my body b/c of it. I haven’t been working out in an extremely long time. It’s about time I acknowledge that I’m addicted to food for comfort/coping and need to make a change. Thx
