This was a great video. Motivation and discipline are among the most difficult challenges people have, and how the lack of them can contribute to snowballing the problem; it can be devastating. Weight/fat loss is DEFINITELY in large part mental, and the crappy foods only amplify the negative thinking by default. It is profound. And healthier eating has even been known to virtually reverse depression, as yet another example. Great vid.
