U should not go on this diet! ur body needs 3000 calories pr day. if ur on this diet u only get about 1000. U will be a lot more tiered then what you did.

the good old fashion way
I started eating half of what I’d normally eat,and this went on for 1-3 weeks, and I lost 6 or so pounds. It’s awesome. And who’d eat 900 calories a day? That’s crazy.
The first one they mentioned is fairly easy,especially if you cut out snack foods.And I’d run 2 miles every other day,and played games like Wii Sports and DDR. :3
If you are a normal person and you don’t get carried arround everywhere, you should have 3000 pr day. for a man 15-40 years old that is, for a woman it less

I think it’s about 2000,not 3000. 3500 = 1 pound.

I’ve always heard that it is better to eat about 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. But this video says to eat only 3 meals and no snacks?
