@tcherassi1 well, you need carbs b4 your workout to have energy to work out. Then you should get some sugar after workout to recover faster. Egg whites are a protein, just like any protein. You should try to eat protein at every meal

Wow there is so much misinformation out there and this video is just one of them. It is chemically inpossible for food to burn fat, food is fuel for the body. If food truly burn fat then everyone would look like this guy! The only way to burn fat is through cardiovalscular exercise!!

does at matter at what time u eat this foods?? like..would it be better for me to eat egg white before i workout or should i eat it after i work out?? is it good if i ate whole grain bread sandwich at school every day?? or would it be too much?? is the Quakers squares cereal a good source of oatmeal??
