What effective exercises can I do at home to help tone up n lose weight?
I am NOT a gym person but would like to do similar exercises that will help me tone up n lose weight at home. Both aerobic n weight training. Any suggestions? Thanks. I’m a bit of a exercise dummy!!

Try jogging on a daily basis. Go with your dog(if you have one) and go as far as you can. if running isn’t your thing try joining a country club and go swimming. it builds mussle and burns calories all the time. you can also buy things like work out tapes and videos. do those all the ime and you will be in shape before you know it!
