hey sean, ramadan has come up so i’m fasting about fifteen hours a day: no eating or drinking. is there any workout that i could do after the fasting ends or during the fast to help lose fat?

If you dont eat and dont drink then dont workout you can really hurt yourself probably by most commonly passing out. Hope that helps
