    This is such a good vid for so many reasons. I have so many friends who don’t understand exactly why they are losing/gaining weight, and after watching this they got a sense of exactly what’s going on in their bodies. I sincerely hopes this helps others. Good stuff Steve. Good stuff.

    Your metabolism does NOT dramatically slow down. In fact, if you eat just slightly less then you burn (as you supposed to), it will not slow down at all.

    “say your prayers” is suggestive, and I think what it suggests is not healthy. It certainly doesn’t belong in such an informative video like this one. Talking to an invisible god that controls everything is delusional and shouldn’t be promoted. THAT’S ALL.

    If your talking about Americans being the most educated people in the world, your wrong. In fact, literacy and education level among Americans is among the lowest in 1st world nations.

    How does eating less help you lose weight? Instead if you break your normal 3 meals a day into 6 smaller portions throughout the day, you keep your metabolism burning and higher where as when you eat less it dramatically slows down.
