How can i lose weight? Diets don’t work for me it’s so hard to maintain. I don’t think its a thyroid problem.
IM 15 AND HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT FOR THE PAST YEAR LIKE I SAID DIETS DON’T WORK FOR ME. I RAN FOR ABOUT A MONTH, EVERYDAY FOR 2 HOURS AND STILL DIDN’T LOSE MUCH, ONLY LOST ABOUT 5 POUNDS. I HATE BEING FAT !!!!!!!

Do get to your doctor for a physical exam and tell him the problem you have given us. Very few young people actually have thyroid problems but you need to be checked.
And if you don’t have thryroid problems you can walk or run all you can and still be fat. You also have to have a low caloried diet. You must burn up the calories you take in. Good luck.

I know hun I know how you feel. I’m older but I’ve always been really active in football and weightlifting so I have a lot of muscle. The only thing I can tell you to do is to eat better and stay away from soda of any kind, even diet soda because the carbonation bulges the stomach out so you look bigger.
