    for a workable diet
here is what my dietician suggests . follow a practical diet. start

your meal with a soup or a huge salad. this fills u up. Make sure your

plate has this ratio – 50 per cent veg, 25 per cent carb. remember

potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category, 25 per cent

protein.this will prevent cravings too.an occassional treat is OK.

have a snack every three hours. fruit ideally berries, or soy nuts.

just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. switch from white rice and

bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Lose a kilo a week. that

is permanent loss. pick an exercise regime you like.
get a pedometer and try to take 10,000 steps everyday.

i have started working out with a resistance band. you can do quite a few gym-like excersises with it. exercise videos are another option. try trampoline.you get mini foldable ones too. (Check the reboundair

site) 15 min (or 5 min of sprinting) on a tramp = 30 min on a

treadmill. + a whole lot of other benefits

    too.http://ezinearticles.com/?Trampoline-As-a-Therapeutic-

    bodyweight exercises
    - pushups
    - chinups (you can buy a bar for less than 20 bucks)
    - crunches
    - dips
    - supermans
    - prison squats/hindu squats
    - calf raises

thats a pretty good bodyweight training plan but if you can get to a gym and use some weights thats your best bet.

    as for diet
    - eat 5 meals a day every 3 hours
    - eat a good lean protein source with each meal
    - drink tons of water
    - do some cardio (20 – 30 mins)
    - reduce carbs to 1 gram per pound of bodyweight or even aim for less

this is just my diet plan when i cut down…you may not like it but thats your descision to try it or not. it works great for me.

but always look at things in the long term. and dont give up you can do it. the longer you stick with it the easier it gets

    best of luck to you!
