How can I lose rapid weight? I’ve been struggling with all the stress and I don’t know what to do???

My boyfriend who I haven’t seen in months now is coming down to see me. I want to look perfect. I’ve gained alot of weight ever since he had left, but now want to lose. it. I’m 180 pounds, when before I was 160. Help me!!!

    You might want to eat right and exercise regularly. Get a special diet, get advice from a personal trainer. And develop some serious discipline.

    There is a diet called ‘Eat Right For Your Blood Type’ it is a lifestyle change for most people, but it will give you a balanced diet, while modifying certain foods that you normally eat (for most people). You only need to know your base line blood type … O, A, B, or AB which you should be able to get right from your doctor’s office. I know a girl who went from wearing a size 28 to a six 16 in 3 months on this diet. You don’t starve yourself either, you just change the foods you eat in most cases.
    This isn’t the overnight loose 50 pounds diet either, and it’s healthy. Buy the book, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
    Also, you should exercise. Any time you are trying to firm up and look your best … just walking quickly can help. Try walking up stairs, instead of taking the elevator and walking that extra block or taking a walk around the neighborhood before and/or after dinner or on your lunch break from work. Drinking green tea and extra water will help you flush out your system too.
    Remember you aren’t going to loose 20 pounds overnight, but making a few small changes can make a big difference.

    be careful, it is not healthy to lose fast and also when you do, you put it back on double. if you must do this, then drink 16 glasses of water a day, I know that is alot- but it works. only eat raw foods, carrotts, greenbeans, broccoli, eat raw almonds for protien and take vitamins, you will lose very fast.

    the quickest and the fastest way to lose weight is go on the cambridge diet – you will have to look it up on the net and find your local counsellor who will take all your measurements etc and body fat mass. Then you go on a programme of drinks, soups and even chocolate bars however its costs about £36.00 per week and this is the only things that you eat and depending on how many calories you need to lose is whether you will be allowed 3 or 4 of these each day

    You must stick to it religiously as it really does work and after 3 days you wee on a stick (which they provide) and you can see that your body is now burning fat stage. I lost 10 pounds in 3 wks as it was a crash diet I did 4 my xmas party last year.

    Honestly this works only if you stick to it and then if you want to remain on this diet you can eat a light meal after 6 weeks and stay on the drinks/soups/bars but you have to see the counsellor each wk/fortnight to buy your food supply and dont worry because they have all the vitamins etc your body needs.

    Good luck and am sure he’ll love you anyways oh and if you lose the weight in time remember buy something super sexy cos it will make you feel even better about yourself.

    you must eat non starchy vegetables (no corn, potatoes, carrots, etc.) and eat lean protein such as chicken, turkey, fish, egg whites. no bread, pasta, rice, or sugar. no alcohol. protein should be 70% of your calories. work in a 30 min fast walk per day and you will see results the ist week

    The fastest way is to take the alkaline liquid diet.

    Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats.     It is not healthy to loose weight all in one go. You need to lose weight over time.
    Cut down on food and eat more healthy foods.
    Go for a 30 minute walk each day. Maybe even go for a run every second day. You don’t want to push yourself too much.
    You could go to a fitness class once a week with your friends. Make exercise fun!!!

    No magic pill works, sorry, and anyone that tells you different is lying, trying to sell you something, or just ignorant.

    Here is what you CAN do:
    To lose that weight now, you can go on a low-carb diet combined with a heavy cardio exercise program.

    Check out the atkins. I do not like it, but for quick weight loss it is the only real solution that is somewhat healthy.

    Remove all carbs you can, reduce your diet to a low fat, low cal.

    Exercise exvery day for 30 minutes. Walking, jogging, swimming, jump rope. This is a must.

    At 180 lbs you will burn about 1850 cals to stay where you are.

    Reduce your cal intake to 1400.

    That’s it. Go for it!
