What foods can I eat in order to not gain weight or lose weight. Please be specific.

    Losing weight is complicated depending on need to lose. The best solution is to eat all healthy foods in moderate portions. In that I mean do not gorge yourself and feel too full. Measure your portions as per the food guide. It really does help. Fruits, vegetables, meats or some other type of protein are the basics and you add in whatever you feel is not going to make the scale go up. Moderation is the key

    stay away from really red meat, pork,

    NO FAST FOOD

    eat chicken breast, lots of fruits, no soda, drink lots of water, fish is great too especially salmon and trout

    no fast food!

    eating three servings of dairy products a day help you lose weight.

    Don’t eat any dairy for three weeks and see how much you loose just from that change. You can take it a step further and remove all meat you will get even more profound results that way.

    Note to Sammie: Yes, according to the dairy industry.

    start the day with some cereal with low fat milk or wholemeal bread with veg and cheese

    take veg salad, or potato salad, or pasta salad with fruit juice. or some clear soup stuff with noodles as lunch

    dinner take rice with clear soup, fish, steam or boil veg

    then bottom line is to have a balance diet, more exercise, stay away from snacks, fried stuff, cut down on meat (esp red ones) drink more water etc

    Lot’s of fruits and veges. Drink plenty of water, I have lot 70 pounds and I did it with exercise and not taking in many calories.

    Eat yoghurt(diet) before the meals.Then you can eat apple, rye bread, grilled chicken, salad with very little Olive oil.you can have purslane and spinach.Cabbage soup will also help to loose weight.Also many vegetables like tomato, carrot,cucumber.And drink green tea before sleeping and before the breakfast.Prefer toasted bread.You can eat light cheese, too.
