Calorie Counted Home Cooked Ready Meals!
I mentioned that I was going to make these and got some requests to show what I was making. If you like this video then please let me know and I will do more of them! Recipes will follow, it’s late and I’m going to bed but please someone remind me if I forget to post them tomorrow! 550 calories isn’t that much because if she has 1800, she can still have 1250 in the day.

Brilliant idea to freeze your meals and have them ready to go! I almost bought a book on once a month cooking with this same idea but never did. You are making me rethink my decision! lol! Meals look great! Way to go!!!

Recipes look lovely. Only wondering about the dry lasagne sheets.What will they be like after reheating?

Yeah he loves fish! lol – we like to have one night of cooking loads and then we don’t have to worry for the whole week, if you do it over a weekend you can fill your freezer with enough meals for like a month! Also it’s cheaper to buy in bulk, it is hard work to begin with though! =)

In Canada we use ground beef in Shepherds pie, but perhaps that’s because beef is much more available

as shes freezing it the sheets will cook when its put in the oven
