How can I grow taller and lose weight naturally?

I am fifteen years old, 4’11, and 133 pounds. Because of my height my weight is a problem. How can I naturally grow taller, and lose weight effectively?

The height is mostly inherited, but you can take more proteins and nutrients to push yourself to the limit.
As for the weight, you should do more exercises and maybe eat less. But I’d go with the exercises.

I’m 15 too. I’m about 5′ 4″ 120 lb . not bad but I know some ways to grow taller and I am using them too
    -eat vegan
    -eat as natural as possible
    -sleep! 8-10 hours a night
-inversion table (if you have one)
-zinc is a mineral that stimulates healthy growth
    -exercise
    -stretch
-jumping exercises (jump rope, high knees, butt-kicks, jumping jacks, etc)

hope it helps! but remember, most teens are a little chubby, but when they become young adults, if they are healthy, will somehow “stretch out”.

If you eat a healthy diet you will lose weight, the idea is to burn more calories through exercise than you consume. As for growing taller there is nothing we can eat or drink to alter our height
