		<description>i do it once a week, but cane myself when i do. getting a hot set of abs isn&#039;t so much about the ab exercise itself, it generally depends on your nutrition and cardio! focusing and controlling these elements first is the way to go, usually the workout is the last thing to focus on.</description>

		<description>This guy has a great body, no doubt; however, his workouts should not be followed to a tee in hopes of gaining muscle and losing fat.  He&#039;s clearly genetically gifted, and he can probably do whatever he wants and he&#039;ll look like that.  His workouts are pretty random, with no real progression for muscle mass.</description>
