Why is it that I tend to lose weight on weeks when I wake up early?
For 6 weeks I had to wake up early for work (temp job) but only three times a week). I would wake up at around 3:30. I was losing weight until two weeks ago when I put it all back on because the contract ended.

your body may have been used to more sleep so you would have been burning more calories when your body was used to burning a lot less ie sleeping

it’s because your metabolism is starting earlier so it’s working longer getting rid of the food you’ve eaten etc

i guess because your up longer so you have more exersize???
