Losing Weight The Hard Way – Part 1: Intro

I am starting a new thing where I blog about losing weight. I am at the start of a long journey to lose weight and get fit and healthy by eating right and exercising. I call it the “hard way” because it’s not just a quick fix for now, not a fad, and not a pill. This is the real way to lose weight, and it’s going to take sweat and tears and self-control and behavior modification. Join me!     ChouBunny, all i can really advise for you is a healthy diet, and cardio.
    Keeping a healthy diet is really quite easy, im a body builder so i need to keep myself in good form. What i have is oats with raisins in the morning with semi skimmed milk, then another 5 small meals, e.g, vegatables with low fat sauce, red beans, healthy soup, etc..
    Also, for your cardio, i suggest brisk walking around your block a few times, or, intense dance practise :)

    You are beautiful and I appreciate that you want to be healthy and are not just looking to be thin!I also would not have guessed that you are 205 you really like like 160ish.

    im 13, 5″6, and about 125-ish. I’m not concerned about my weight, but i need to get a flat tummy by Sakura-Con. Which is in about 4 months >: does anyone have any technique they use to help their upper and lower abs?

    i love this girl, home grown in seattle! totally beautiful at any size – I can’t believe this is her first video, I’ve never seen this one, been watching all the others and WOW! she really did it! she deserves all of our respect for kicking her own behind and whipping it into shape!
