How are your thoughts and feelings every day? Are you a positive person? Positive thoughts, feelings & interactions with others are all alkalizing and supportive of weight loss, whereas negative thoughts & feelings are all acidic (just like junk food) and are NOT supportive of weight loss. Stay positive no matter what! YOU CAN DO THIS!

Fruits/any sugars give me indigestion. Only the low carb diet keeps me pain free, and a betaine hcl supplement. I had GERD for more than a year. Other than that, you are 100% bang on

i can seem to lose weight..
i eat healthy (fruits, vegies)
i go for runs every morning
i dont drink soda pop energy drinks…
i stay active
why isent anything working?????????

Well you’re bang on anyway, but I have a bad condition I have to get rid of first. So fruit is unfortunately out of the question for me!
