What exercises should I do if I want to lose the weight around knees?
What exercises or machines in the gym do I need to use (and how many times) in order to lose the fat around my knees fast? I don’t wanna loose my tights, just smaller knees.

Spot reduction just doesn’t happen. You can’t target a certain area of your body to lose fat. We all store fat differently. Someone else suggested running. I agree 100%. Riding a bike is a great fat burner also, but nothing beats running! And don’t worry, although running isn’t fun in the beginning it becomes very addictive and you will be running 20 miles a week in no time and have perfect legs!

Muscle is muscle and fat is….fat(it’s 2010 and I still need to tell people that),by making a muscle contract many times or to move a weight will NOT burn off fat from that area.

well sir andy e might not be knowing that the muscle constitute of proteins and fats both.out of which fats can be burned.the best way posible is to go for a jog or jus simple morning or evening aerobics.in a gym u oughta pull on weight and stuff like that which can harm the knee joint.so better run. RUN FORREST RUN (if u get the joke)
