and in regards to hyperhydration..The average joe CANNOT accidentally drink too much water.almost 90% of people that die from hyperhydration are/were in a water drinking contest. The one other way to cause this is to say workout for an extended period..Say a marathon..youre burning electolytes but only drinking water. You need to replenish those electrolytes..Hyperhydration isnt “drowning” as some put it.Its the dilution of electrolytes beyond healthy parameters due to overconsumption..

Holy cow ,really?? Wow these people have it down to an art..8 ounces for every blah blah blah..Try drinking water in moderation until your urine is clear or only slightly yellow..Thats the first and most easily recognizable sign of proper dehydration. Drinking water vrs. soda does not help you lose weight. The fact that you quit ingesting liquid sugar (soda) is what causes you to lose weight.Soda is HORRIBLE.

I love smart water but it’s kind of expensive so I mostly any regular pure filtered water and notice differences in my hair and skin. I also drink a lot of water because I get really bad allergies so water helps.
