    you should really drink half your weight in ounces per day. or at LEAST 64 ounces..

    For me its exercise and to eat small portions. In the afternoon I eat alot so I am not really hungry in the evening. In the evening I barely eat..

    I dont do any of this stuff I eat what I want when I want I walk two miles ever day and do 60 crunches every night and Iv lost 16 punds in about a month I know only weight 148 and am 15 so only 10 more pounds to lose
