    a lot of people are outraged by the fact that it’s 5-6 meals, but it’s cut down on proportion. so less calories per meal allows your metabolism to burn the calories more quickly..

    no she says if you dont have time to cook, when you are cooking, cook a bit more for the next day too, so you wont have to cook the next day

    the best way to lose weight is to exercise. all these non-exercise weight loss techniques are bullshit. They are invented by lazy people for lazy people. No time to exercise? That is the stupidest excuse also. Lazy people being too lazy to think of a better excuse.
    You want to lose weight? Exercise.
