Lose Weight Secretly and surprised family and friends will suddenly wake up one day and see you are different. At first they will not quite be able to put their finger on it. Then they will ask, “have you lost weight?” Won’t that feel great? People often try and lose weight and fail. For many it is like a yo yo. The trouble is family and friends get caught up in it as well if you tell them what you are doing. How many of those times did you tell family and friends what you were doing? If you are anything like most of us you would have told everyone. Sometimes it is good to tell others what we plan to do. However when you are trying to lose weight, yet again, it is better to try and do it on your own and let the resulta speak for them selves. If you lose weight secretly and don’t tell everyone you know you won’t have to put up with any sniping or sacarstic remarks. So, why not use these diet tips to help you lose weight secretly. Diet Tip No.1: Eat fresh fruit and vegetables that have high water content. Foods like tomatoes, watermelons, cantaloupe, kiwi, grapes, you get the idea. All of those fresh and flavorful juicy fruits and veggies are good for you. These items contain about 90 to 95% water, so you can eat a lot of these and they will fill you up without adding on the pounds Diet Tip No.2: Eat only when you are hungry. Be sure to drink a glass of water first to determine if you really are hungry or if you are really thirsty. Many people have the tendency to eat when they see food. It doesn’t mean they are hungry; they just want to eat it. Don’t eat anything you’re offered unless you really are hungry. If you feel you must eat it out of being polite, just nibble, don’t have a meal Diet Tip No.3: Eat some dairy food each day. This helps to maintain your calcium intake, so vital for strong healthy bones, and the calcium in dairy products has been shown to help stomach cells burn fat instead of storing fat. These are not earth shattering tips but they will help you lose weight secretly if you use them consistently.
