    Dr. Simeon says in “Pounds and Inches” that we can stall at a weight that we had been at before for a long time, so are u doing that now? I’m on R2P2D13 and at 172.4# but during my first round when I got to 179 I just couldn’t get below the 180
    since that had been a weight I had been at years before. I don’t think you would be wrong to take the full six weeks before doing the 2nd round. Our bodies adjust well to the new “set points” from what I have learned, and then drop again.
