You don’t loose weight by starving yourself. You loose weight by eating the right meats, veggies and other foods that are nutritious for you. I just eat right, exercise, and lift. Lost a lot of weight from it too.

what if I feel at my best when I don’t eat?
offcourse I eat, but no matter what I try, I don’t find anything that makes me feel as good as when I haven’t eaten for a day.
(after a few days I start to feel tired and deprivated and have to start eating again for the energy.)
I really would like to know what I should eat or definitly shouldn’t eat. I tried all kinds of diets (not to lose weight but to feel healthy and good)
oh well.. as a student i don’t have the money to pay for help

I dont use any diet anymore, and I feel better and I lost weight. Same as people saing u need to eat regulary etc. Sorry I have work, I dont have time sometimes to eat what some diet says. Just eat better and move more. Peace

This is some helpful info, thanks. Right now I’m focused on achieving rock-solid six pack abs. It’s my personal mission these days. Do you have any diet tips if the goal is to get a six pack as fast as possible? I’ve been told that egg whites, oatmeal, salmon, blueberries and broccoli are all important to incorporate into my diet. Are there any other foods I should consider working into my diet?
